<h2>Overview</h2> <p>DecisionPoint seeks an <strong>Administrative / MTAR Support</strong> Specialist to provide administrative coordination, MTAR data entry, workflow tracking, and meeting support for a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role supports PMO operations, maintains documentation accuracy, manages calendars and meeting logistics, and assists with tracking task order workflows and deliverables. </p> <p>The Administrative / MTAR Support Specialist works closely with PMO leadership, schedulers, task leads, and governance teams to ensure smooth operational execution and consistent program reporting. </p> <p><em>This position is fully remote. </em></p> <h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2> <p>The Administrative / MTAR Support Specialist will: </p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to PMO leadership and task leads. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Perform MTAR data entry, updates, and workflow monitoring. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and prepare agendas and notes. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Track deliverables, approvals, and status updates across program tasks. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain documentation repositories, logs, and tracking sheets. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support preparation of reports, governance packages, and PMO correspondence. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist with version control and document organization. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Help monitor inboxes, task routing, and workflow queues. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate logistics for reviews, workshops, or recurring PMO meetings. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support continuous updates to administrative processes, SOPs, and templates. </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Clearance Requirement</strong> </p> <p>Candidate must possess a <strong>Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency)</strong> or an <strong>active Secret clearance or higher</strong>. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education (Required)</strong> </p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience (Required)</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum <strong>2 years</strong> of experience providing administrative, PMO, or project support. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience supporting documentation management, workflow tracking, or meeting coordination. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience working in structured federal or DoD environments preferred. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Technical Knowledge (Required)</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Familiarity with document repositories and collaboration platforms. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understanding of administrative workflows, tracking tools, or PMO processes. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Knowledge (Preferred)</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Experience with MTAR workflows or structured deliverable tracking. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience supporting Agile or hybrid program environments. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Certifications</strong> </p> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>ITIL v4 Foundation </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Project coordination or administrative professional certifications </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>High attention to detail with consistent follow-through. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to support multiple teams and track many parallel workflows. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with remote teams. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy</h2> <ul> <li><strong>EEO and Affirmative Action Policy:</strong> DecisionPoint Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
