<h2>Overview</h2> <p>DecisionPoint seeks an <strong>E-EFMP Software Product Management Lead</strong> to guide product strategy, user-focused design, and technical delivery for enterprise applications supporting a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This senior role leads the full product lifecycle, including vision development, roadmap design, feature prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. </p> <p>The E-EFMP Software Product Management Lead works cross-functionally with engineering teams, UX specialists, cloud architects, cybersecurity teams, and mission stakeholders to deliver impactful, intuitive, secure, and scalable digital capabilities. </p> <p><em>This position is fully remote. </em></p> <h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2> <p>The E-EFMP Software Product Management Lead will: </p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain the product vision, long-term roadmap, and release strategy. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead user story refinement, backlog prioritization, and feature definition. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and cross-team solutioning sessions. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Translate mission needs into actionable product requirements and acceptance criteria. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate with engineering, UX, cloud, and cybersecurity teams for feature design and implementation. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Evaluate user feedback, analytics data, and operational metrics to adjust product priorities. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure products align with secure development standards and DoD requirements. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide executive-level product briefings, reports, and roadmap updates. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and release preparation activities. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain product documentation, feature catalogs, decision logs, and traceability artifacts. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Promote human-centered design principles and iterative improvement. </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Clearance Requirement</strong> </p> <p>Must hold an active Secret clearance, supported by a Tier 3 background investigation. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education (Required)</strong> </p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience (Required)</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum <strong>10 years</strong> of experience in software product management, product ownership, or technology leadership. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience developing product roadmaps, feature strategies, and user-focused requirements. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience leading Agile product teams within enterprise or federal environments. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives or mission-oriented software products. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Technical Knowledge (Required)</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and sprint planning. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Familiarity with end-to-end software development lifecycles. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of ITIL practices supporting product operations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understanding of secure software design principles and cybersecurity considerations for federal systems. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Knowledge (Preferred)</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Experience using product and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, cloud-native architectures, or enterprise service integrations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience applying human-centered design principles. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Certifications</strong> </p> <p><strong>Required:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>ITIL v4 Foundation </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Additional product management certifications </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to translate mission needs into technical requirements. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent prioritization and analytical abilities. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>High attention to detail and commitment to user-centered design. </li> </ul> <h2>Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy</h2> <ul> <li><strong>EEO and Affirmative Action Policy:</strong> DecisionPoint Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
