This role goes far beyond launches - you’ll define the narrative, influence product direction, enable Sales and Customer teams, and drive adoption and expansion across our customer base.</p><p>You’ll operate at the intersection of <strong>Product, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success</strong>, acting as the connective tissue that turns product capabilities into clear value, strong GTM execution, and measurable business impact.</p><p>This is a highly strategic, high-ownership role for a PMM who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys shaping both strategy and execution.</p><p></p><h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2><h3><strong>1. Product & Marketing Strategy</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Define and drive the <strong>long-term product marketing strategy</strong> for the Deel Mobility portfolio, aligning product direction, customer needs, and business priorities.</p></li><li><p>Set clear focus and prioritization across initiatives to ensure momentum and impact.</p></li><li><p>Translate product strategy into a clear GTM roadmap with strong sequencing and ownership.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>2. Messaging & Positioning</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Own the <strong>end-to-end narrative</strong> for Deel Immigration, from high-level positioning to detailed product and feature messaging.</p></li><li><p>Define, validate, and evolve messaging that clearly differentiates Deel in the global mobility market and resonates with buyers, users, and internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across website, campaigns, launches, and sales materials.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>3. Product Launches & Go-To-Market (GTM)</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Lead <strong>GTM strategy and execution</strong> for launches, iterations, and expansions.</p></li><li><p>Define target audiences, use cases, value propositions, and launch plans across channels.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with Product, Demand Gen, and Brand to ensure launches reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>4. Buyer, Customer, Sales & CSM Enablement</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with <strong>clear, consistent, and actionable enablement</strong>, including sales narratives, pitch decks, one-pagers, demos, and proof points.</p></li><li><p>Ensure teams deeply understand who the product is for, why it matters, and how to sell, implement, and expand it confidently.</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve enablement based on feedback from the field.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>5. Acquisition, Cross-Sell and Adoption</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Drive adoption and expansion by partnering with Demand Gen and Lifecycle teams on <strong>targeted programs, experiments, and cross-sell plays</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Activate existing customers through GTM motions tied to real customer needs and usage moments.</p></li><li><p>Influence onboarding, in-app messaging, and lifecycle campaigns to increase product usage and stickiness.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>6. Performance & Feedback Loop</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Run a <strong>regular performance loop</strong> with Demand Gen to review results and refine messaging, offers, targeting, and GTM plays.</p></li><li><p>Use quantitative data and qualitative insights to continuously improve conversion, adoption, and revenue impact.</p></li><li><p>Bring structured feedback from the field back to Product to help inform roadmap decisions and prioritization.</p><p></p></li></ul><h2><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></h2><ul><li><p><strong>7+ years of experience in Product Marketing within SaaS</strong>, ideally with recent experience <strong>within immigration/mobility</strong> product management space</p></li><li><p>Proven experience owning <strong>end-to-end go-to-market</strong>, including positioning, launches, enablement, and adoption.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience partnering closely with <strong>Product teams to help shape roadmaps</strong>, using customer insights, market signals, and GTM learnings to influence direction and priorities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to translate complex, technical products into <strong>clear, compelling stories</strong> for buyers, users, and internal teams.</p></li><li><p><strong>Data-driven mindset</strong>, comfortable using metrics and qualitative feedback to guide decisions and optimization.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in <strong>fast-paced, high-growth, and fully remote environments</strong>.</p></li><li><p>High ownership mentality, comfortable setting direction, driving alignment, and executing with speed.<br/></p></li></ul><p><strong>Why this role matters</strong></p><p>This role is foundational to the success of Deel as we enable our clients to scale globally with ease.
