In this role, you will contribute to a strategic operations portfolio at DHS headquarters, working across diverse areas such as policy, finance, security, governance, and PMO. Responsibilities include facilitating leadership briefings, developing roadmaps, and coordinating project plans. You will help prepare and organize leadership presentations and operational reviews, serve as a liaison between the strategic operations team and program directors to ensure alignment, and work with the customer engagement team to gather and analyze internal customer feedback. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT, along with strong organizational and communication skills.</span></p> <p><span> </span><span> </span></p> <p><span>Responsibilities include: </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Assist in developing briefs for program and executive meetings</span></li> <li><span>Support execution of strategic initiatives and creation of project artifacts, including charters, schedules, and briefing updates</span></li> <li><span>Lead status tracking and reporting on meetings and activities</span></li> <li><span>Help the project team implement change management best practices</span></li> <li><span>Drive progress toward program objectives and strategic operations</span></li> <li><span>Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders</span></li> <li><span>Conduct trade-off analyses of business and technical requirements</span></li> </ul> <p><em><span>Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000</span></em></p> <p><span><span><a href="https://ecstech.com/careers/benefits"><em><span>General Description of Benefits</span></em></a></span> </span></p> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <ul> <li><em><strong><span>Must be a US Citizen</span></strong></em></li> <li><em><strong><span>Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance</span></strong></em></li> <li><span>7+ years of experience in systems analysis/design of information systems programs</span></li> <li><span>5+ years of experience in IT</span></li> <li><span>Strong writing, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</span></li> <li><span>Experience in project management and strategic planning</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li> </ul>
