<p>ECS is seeking a <em><strong>Vessel Support Assistant</strong></em> to work <em><strong>remotely</strong></em>. </p> <p> </p> <p>Primary duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee, conduct QA/QC, and manage Marine Operations' professional mariner time and attendance.</li> <li>Address, track, and assist in resolving leave and pay issues for professional mariners.</li> <li>Develop, submit, and track personnel actions for temporary promotions, changes to lower grade, changes to intermittent status, changes to full time status, and employee separations.</li> <li>Coordinate and manage professional mariner and NOAA Corps Officer travel authorizations, reservations, and vouchers.</li> <li>Address, track, and assist in resolving travel issues (e.g., last minute travel requests, outstanding vouchers, employees stuck in invitational status). </li> </ul> <p><em><span>Salary Range: $31.25 - $33.65/hr. </span></em></p> <p><span><a href="https://ecstech.com/careers/benefits"><em><span>General Description of Benefits</span></em></a></span></p> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <ul> <li>Friendly with the ability to work in a team.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of tools.</li> </ul>
