You'll lead the ongoing success of your clients by overseeing product performance, monitoring account health, and identifying expansion opportunities. You'll report to the Senior Director of Client Services.</p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, support issue resolution, align on goals, and deliver product enhancements.</li><li>Lead Client Business Reviews with Sales, highlight return on investment, document action items, and outline future strategies.</li><li>Conduct periodic Workflow Assessments, including planning sessions, user shadowing, recommendations, documentation, and leadership presentations.</li><li>Guide clients as they transition from implementation to ongoing account management.</li><li>Partner with Support, Product, and Development to resolve service tickets and ensure a smooth client experience.</li><li>Promote use of the Customer Community for support cases, product updates, knowledge resources, and training.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success to address product issues and performance concerns.</li><li>Support contract renewals and contribute to revenue retention and attrition‑avoidance strategies.</li><li>Identify cross‑sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities with the Regional Sales Director.</li><li>Monitor product usage to ensure expected return on investment and alignment with client goals.</li><li>Provide best‑practice recommendations and configuration guidance to improve client outcomes.</li><li>Gather and support NPS survey participation and use feedback to inform improvements.</li><li>Maintain client documentation and account insights in Salesforce.</li><li>Meet all performance metrics and KPIs for assigned accounts.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li><li>4+ years experience in the healthcare IT industry</li><li>Provider-based background recommended</li><li>Proficient in Salesforce Conceptual understanding and some use of GenAI, CoPilot, or GPT functionality</li><li>Understanding of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle</li><li>Team player, able to collaborate across groups and learn from others - specifically sales, marketing, product, support and implementation</li><li>Flexible in working with changing needs of organizations</li><li>High degree of polish appropriate for meeting with clients</li><li>Travel up to 25-30% required</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p><strong>Benefits/Perks:</strong></p><ul><li>Great compensation package and bonus plan</li><li>Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K</li><li>Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-office</li><li>Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays</li><li>Explore all our exciting benefits here: <a href="https://yourexperianbenefits.com/cand-index.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://yourexperianbenefits.com/cand-index.html</a></li></ul><p>At Experian, our people and culture set us apart. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
