You will define product strategy, incubates initial product line, and brings to market a GenAI Appeals solution in the Provider Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) category. You will perate with high autonomy, and<strong> be the Single Threaded Owner (STO) for development and launch of a new product line within 12 months.</strong></p><p>You'll have opportunity to:</p><ul><li>Define and own Proof of Concept (POC) product strategy and product launch to Beta customers</li><li>Lead go-to-market (GTM) motion for New Product Introduction creating understanding amongst sales, operations, engineering, finance, and implementation</li><li>Hands-on customer engagement including regular onsite travel supporting product development, sales activities, and implementation.</li><li>Product evangelism through tradeshows, webinars, and experience.</li><li>Shape product direction through influence with senior business and technology leaders.</li><li>Partner with Engineering to develop scalable, repeatable, and value-creating products</li><li>You will oversee products end‑to‑end from discovery through scale and optimization.</li><li>You will guide prioritization decisions balancing customer value, growth, and technical risk.</li><li>Lead competitive analysis to inform difference and positioning.</li><li>Define success metrics and use data to guide strategic decisions.</li><li>Align product capabilities to revenue opportunities and customer outcomes.</li><li>Product practices and delivery.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>1+ years working in 0-1 new product development in a Healthcare technology company</li><li>3+ years working in product management in the Healthcare technology industry</li><li>5+ years' experience working in Provider Revenue Cycle Management either for a health system, outsourced RCM service, or RCM technology company.</li><li>Expertise in healthcare technology, including Revenue Cycle Management and familiarity with leading EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech</li><li>Experience with HL7v2 version 2.7, FHIR R4, and ANSI x12 v5010</li><li>Experience influencing senior partners and aligning teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support) toward shared outcomes.</li><li>Technical and architectural understanding, ensuring partnership with engineering and technology leadership.</li><li>Produce high-quality product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with modern products and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office).</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 40%.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
