<p><strong>Hello! 👋</strong></p><p>At <strong>Factorial</strong>, we’re looking for a <strong>Partnership Development Manager</strong> <strong>based in Johannesburg </strong>to help us grow and scale our partner ecosystem in Africa, with a main focus in the SADC region <em>(Southern African Development Community). </em>They<em> </em>will work in close coordination with the rest of the Global Expansion team based in Barcelona, Spain, who will travel to South and East Africa several times a year.</p><p>You’ll play a key role in expanding Factorial through partnerships, working closely with local partners who sell, implement, and support our all-in-one HR SaaS solution. Now we want you to help us make that vision a reality in Africa. 🚀</p><p></p><p>Are you ready for the challenge?</p><p></p><p><strong>About the role 🚀</strong></p><p>As the <strong>Partnership Development Manager – SADC Africa</strong>, you will:</p><ul> <li><p><strong>Own partner acquisition &amp; activation: </strong>Identify, approach, and onboard new potential partners, managing the full partner sales cycle from first contact to activation.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Build the partner ecosystem: </strong>Develop strong, long-term relationships with partners that strategically align with Factorial in the HR space.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Be the main point of contact for partners: </strong>Manage a portfolio of partners, supporting them throughout their journey and acting as their primary interface with Factorial.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Drive partner engagement &amp; performance: </strong>Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video calls, demos) with partners and their clients to present the product, share updates, and solve concrete challenges.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Gather market &amp; partner insights: </strong>Collect feedback from partners and their clients to identify pains, opportunities, and improvements to strengthen the partnership channel.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Drive expansion opportunities: </strong>Upsell additional Factorial products and services through partners, based on customer needs and market potential.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally: </strong>Work closely with internal teams (SDRs, Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Leadership) to ensure alignment and partner success.</p></li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p>In a few words: we’re looking for a <strong>hungry, proactive partnership builder</strong> who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and growing markets through collaboration.</p><ul> <li><p><strong>Proven experience in Partnerships +4 years</strong> and B2B Sales within <strong>SaaS or digital transformation environments</strong>.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Languages: </strong>Expert in <strong>English</strong>.
