This role blends outbound acquisition, white-glove onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. You are the human face of Fanatics Markets for a portfolio of our most valuable users.</p> <p>This is not a desk-only role. Success requires hustle, persistence, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to proactively engage customers through high-volume, personalized outreach across text, phone, and other messaging channels.</p> <h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Customer Acquisition & Growth</span></h3> <ul> <li>Proactively source and acquire high-priority customers through direct outreach to known leads, referrals, and targeted campaigns</li> <li>Comfortable with persistent, high-frequency outreach and being evaluated on results, not activity</li> <li>Engage in high-volume outbound communication (text, phone, messaging platforms) on a daily basis</li> <li>Build trust quickly and convert interested prospects into active, engaged customers</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Onboarding & Customer Advocacy</span></h3> <ul> <li>Personally onboard new customers, ensuring they understand how Fanatics Markets works and how to get value from the platform</li> <li>Educate customers on market mechanics, event opportunities, and platform features</li> <li>Act as a dedicated resource for your customer portfolio, maintaining frequent, personalized communication - liaising with operations teams across payments, customer support, and other functions</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Engagement & Retention</span></h3> <ul> <li>Drive ongoing engagement and handle by reaching out at the right moments - before, during, and after major events</li> <li>Reactivate dormant customers and deepen relationships with existing highest-priority users</li> <li>Anticipate customer needs and proactively solve problems to deliver a premium experience</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Representation & Feedback</span></h3> <ul> <li>Represent Fanatics Markets professionally in customer conversations, events, and industry interactions</li> <li>Serve as a feedback loop between customers and internal teams, sharing insights on product gaps, friction points, and opportunities</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Required</span></h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, hospitality, relationship management, or customer success roles with direct performance accountability</li> <li>Proven ability to build relationships quickly and influence customer behavior through direct communication</li> <li>Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and frequent customer interaction</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in informal, 1:1 settings</li> <li>Highly organized, reliable, and accountable - you follow through</li> <li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal structure</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong Plus</span></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in sports, trading, fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or adjacent consumer platforms</li> <li>Demonstrated interest in, or strong desire to deeply learn, prediction markets and trading dynamics</li> <li>Willingness to work flexible hours around major events when customer engagement is highest</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Owning a growing portfolio of highly engaged, priority customers - including build your portfolio yourself with acquisition efforts</li> <li>Driving sustained customer activity through proactive outreach and relationship management</li> <li>Becoming the trusted primary point of contact for your customers</li> <li>Meaningfully contributing to the growth and shape of the Fanatics Markets program and customer experience</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></span></h2> <p>This role sits at the center of Fanatics Markets’ growth strategy.
