Federato drives better business outcomes.</p></div><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong>:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Partner to VP, Forward Deploy</strong> <ul> <li>Translate organizational priorities into structured initiatives and execution plans.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success via programs, metrics and scale</li> <li>Act as a force multiplier by independently advancing high-priority initiatives.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Build & Scale Operating Systems</strong> <ul> <li>Design and implement delivery operating rhythms (forecasting, capacity planning, utilization tracking).</li> <li>Improve margin performance through data-informed staffing and planning.</li> <li>Define and operationalize processes across onboarding, staffing models, delivery methodology, and tooling.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Lead Cross-Functional Programs</strong> <ul> <li>Own strategic initiatives (e.g., delivery framework redesign, ES packaging, staffing model evolution).</li> <li>Form and lead working groups with clear charters and timelines.</li> <li>Identify structural inefficiencies and propose solutions grounded in business impact.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Build Content & Enablement</strong> <ul> <li>Create scalable internal documentation and playbooks.</li> <li>Standardize processes without over-bureaucratizing.</li> <li>Develop training and rollout materials for new systems or workflows.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Build for Scale</strong> <ul> <li>Own programs that strengthen the delivery system (onboarding, staffing models, tooling, methodology).</li> <li>Drive long-range improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency.</li> <li>Establish repeatable operating rhythms that enable managers to succeed.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We Hope You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years in GTM Strategy, Professional Services Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar.</li> <li>Deep familiarity with SaaS Professional Services models (utilization, margin, staffing).</li> <li>Experience leading operational rollouts (systems, frameworks, process redesign).</li> <li>Strong executive communication skills — can draft strategy memos and present clearly.<br>Highly structured thinker who can move from ambiguity to action.</li> <li>Comfortable operating independently in high-growth environments.</li> <li>You don’t just track KPIs — you build the system that drives them.</li> </ul> <p>$200,000 - $220,000 a year<br>Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
