font-size: 10pt;">As a Financial Analyst your primary focus will be collaborating with Underwriting, Risk Management, and Accounting teams to manage and oversee the financial operations of group captive insurance companies. </span><br /><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsibilities:</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">&bull; With supervision, assist in the financial management of group captive insurance companies.</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">&bull; Perform financial analysis on behalf of clients, and provide consultation to clients around analytical findings.</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">&bull; Establish and develop long term relationships with clients and external service providers such as actuaries, tax advisors, auditors, investment managers, bankers, carriers and TPAs. </span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">&bull; Prepare and present financial materials for Board of Directors meetings of group captive insurance companies managed by Artex.</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">&bull; Manage process improvement projects, and also act as an analytical or procedural expert to represent the team on cross-functional process and project deliverables.</span><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">&bull; Assist in the formation and management of new group captive insurance companies.</span></p> <br><strong class="jdheader">About You</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Required: </span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration). </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2 years of related experience required. </span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preferred:</span></p><ul style="direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10.0pt;">Minimum 1 year relevant experience.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10.0pt;">Financial accounting or related experience.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10.0pt;">Willing to travel to client facing or internal meetings 4-6 times per year.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10.0pt;">Experience in client-facing roles.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10.0pt;">Experience with Power BI.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10.0pt;">Prior experience with SQL Server or a willingness to learn is an added advantage.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10.0pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: arial;
