font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As a Senior Financial Analyst your primary focus will be collaborating with Underwriting, &nbsp;Risk Management, and Accounting teams to manage and oversee the financial operations of group captive insurance companies.&nbsp; </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsibilities:</span></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead in the financial management of group captive insurance companies.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform financial analysis on behalf of clients, and provide consultation to clients around analytical findings.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Establish and develop long term relationships with clients and external service providers such as actuaries, tax advisors, auditors, investment managers, bankers, carriers and TPAs. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare and present financial materials for Board of Directors meetings of group captive insurance companies managed by Artex.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage process improvement projects, and also act as an analytical or procedural expert to represent the team on cross-functional process and project deliverables.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in the formation and management of new group captive insurance companies.</span></li></ul> <br><strong class="jdheader">About You</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Required: </span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years related experience. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with software programs, such as excel, and mathematical calculations. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong PC and Microsoft application skills, including Word and Excel. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Basic understanding of insurance concepts. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent oral and written communication ability.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preferred: </span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum 3 years relevant experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Financial accounting or related experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Willing to travel to client facing or internal meetings 4-6 times per year.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in client-facing roles.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with Power BI.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prior experience with SQL Server or a willingness to learn is an added advantage.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
