If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career.</p></div><p style="text-align: left;">As a Partner Success Manager focused on Consulting and Services Partners, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Gong’s go-to-market motion with leading consultancies focused on GTM and Revenue systems. These partners include Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and RevTech speciality organizations. This role is a combination of creating alliances, building strategy, and executing sales enablement - helping our partners build, position, and monetize joint offerings that accelerate Gong’s Revenue AI Operating System.<br>You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Gong’s sales, product, marketing, and enablement teams while engaging directly with partner practitioners and go-to-market leaders. Your goal will be to expand Gong’s partner mindshare and pipeline impact within these firms by operationalizing and amplifying sourcing opportunities, co-selling engagements, creating co-delivery practices, and co-innovating solutions.<br>You’ll own operational execution: creating partner enablement programs, supporting go-to-market plays, managing partner communications, and ensuring every partner interaction moves us closer to our shared growth goals.</p> <h4 style="text-align: left;">RESPONSIBILITIES</h4> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>Create & Accelerate Sourced & Co-Sold Pipeline from Partners</li> <li>Creating joint offerings, case studies, and enablement assets that tie Gong to our partners’ commercial priorities (CRM modernization, sales transformation, managed services)</li> <li>Drive activation and adoption of Gong across partner teams; educate partner sellers, architects, and delivery leads on Gong’s value proposition</li> <li>Partner closely with internal Gong Sales to align on joint account strategies, pipeline development, and partner influence tracking</li> <li>Project manage co-marketing campaigns, roundtables, and enablement programs to deepen engagement with partner ecosystems</li> <li>Track and communicate key success metrics (pipeline sourced/influenced, certifications, enablement impact, partner NPS)</li> <li>Serve as a trusted partner advocate internally representing partner needs to product, marketing, and GTM leadership</li> </ul> <h4 style="text-align: left;">QUALIFICATIONS </h4> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>4–6 years of experience in alliances, partner success, or GTM channel program management within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology</li> <li>Deep understanding of how GSIs, RSIs, and consultancies operate, understanding of their service-line structure, practice development model, and alliance mechanics</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - able to translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes</li> <li>Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative; thrives in cross-functional environments</li> <li>Preferred: prior experience supporting alliances or co-sell motions with Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, RSIs, management consultancies, or specialty revenue consultancies.</li> </ul> <h4 style="text-align: left;">PERKS & BENEFITS </h4> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>We offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs.</li> <li>Wellbeing Fund - flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle.</li> <li>Mental Health benefits with covered therapy and coaching.</li> <li>401(k) program to help you invest in your future.</li> <li>Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development.</li> <li>Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend.</li> <li>Paid parental leave to support you and your family.</li> <li>Company-wide recharge days each quarter.</li> <li>Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>The annual OTE for this position is $185,000 - $225,000. </strong></p> <p style="text-align: left;">Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
