If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to shape the future of genomics, this role is for you!</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li class="">Create and execute strategies that drive adoption of Helix testing services</li><li class="">Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts</li><li class="">Proactively lead partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship</li><li class="">Apply product and services knowledge across the diagnostics portfolio to develop strategic selling presentations</li><li class="">Maintain an accurate forecast and sales pipeline within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, consistently documenting and tracking all leads, contacts, opportunities and activity history </li><li class="">Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives</li><li class="">Travel (60%)</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>About You</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li class="">Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing diagnostics role</li><li class="">Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or other related field </li><li class="">Advanced science degree preferred</li><li class="">Deep understanding of the genomics industry</li><li class="">Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals</li><li class="">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation</li><li class="">Ability to work independently and navigate change</li><li class="">High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail & data accuracy</li><li class="">Located in Denver CO, Houston TX, Dallas TX or Minneapolis, MN</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Expected Interview Process:</strong></div><div>1) Recruiter Screen 2) Manager Screen 3) Final Loop 4) Offer </div><div><br></div><div>Expected Pay For This Role:</div><div>There are 3 distinct parts to your Helix offer: 1) Base Salary 2) Annual Bonus 3) Equity </div><ul><li class="">Expected Helix Base: </li><li class="">Incentive Compensation Plan</li><li class="">Equity: We offer generous equity at Helix.
