<p>The HR Business Partner (HRBPG) Generalist provides high-quality, consistent HR support to site-level leaders. This role serves as a critical bridge between Team Member–facing HR operational support and high-level business strategy. The HRBP Generalist also supports the broader HR Business Partner function by ensuring workplace concerns are properly documented, triaged, and resolved through the appropriate HR channel.<br>The HRBP Generalist role offers exposure to both tactical HR operations and foundational business partnering responsibilities; collaborating with HR Business Partners on activities that align assigned client strategies & plans with HGV organizational goals. This role works with the appropriate centers of excellence and/or HR Contact Center (Team Member Services) to resolve challenges Team Members may face to allow them to quickly re-engage in their work.</p>
