This role goes beyond traditional graphic design—you will create original artwork for apparel, support product development, and help translate brand identity into physical products.</p><p>You’ll work closely with the brand’s creative direction to develop graphics, iterate on designs, and contribute to the overall product vision. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who understands both design aesthetics and apparel production workflows.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li> Create original graphics for apparel (not marketing creatives) </li><li> Design artwork suitable for cut-and-sew garments </li><li> Translate brand identity into wearable designs </li><li> Develop mockups and visual representations of garments </li><li> Support design iteration cycles from concept to final product </li><li> Prepare production-ready files when needed </li><li> Conduct inspiration and trend research </li><li> Contribute to concept development and design direction </li><li> Help evolve and maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic </li><li> Work closely with stakeholders to align on vision and execution </li><li> Take feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining design quality</li></ul><p></p><p></p> <ul><li>2–5+ years of experience in apparel graphic design or fashion-related roles </li><li> Strong graphic design skills with a focus on apparel (Adobe Illustrator – required) </li><li> Ability to create original artwork from scratch (not just editing assets) </li><li> Experience with cut-and-sew design processes (non-negotiable) </li><li> Strong understanding of mockups, garment development, and iteration workflows </li><li> Experience contributing to concept development and creative research </li><li> Proven background in apparel or fashion design (graphics-focused) </li><li> Strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling </li><li> Ability to work independently and take ownership of design output </li><li> Solid understanding of current fashion trends, especially streetwear/apparel </li></ul><p></p><p>What the role is NOT:</p><ul><li>Not a marketing or social media design role </li><li> Not focused on ads, banners, or performance creatives </li><li> Not a purely junior assistant role with no ownership </li><li> Not suitable for candidates without apparel/fashion experience</li></ul> <p></p><ul><li>Access to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services.</li><li>Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p>
