If you love beauty, know what makes content perform, and enjoy staying on top of trends while keeping projects organized, we'd love to meet you.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p></p><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day execution of the company's social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and community platforms.</li><li>Schedule and publish social content according to the content calendar.</li><li>Create engaging static graphics, captions, stories, and community posts.</li><li>Monitor trends, viral formats, and creator content to bring fresh ideas to the team.</li><li>Coordinate creator gifting and PR mailers, including placing orders and tracking shipments.</li><li>Support influencer campaigns and brand events with content coordination and follow-up.</li><li>Engage with our online community by monitoring comments, DMs, and community platforms.</li><li>Help organize content libraries, creative assets, and social calendars.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to execute product launches, retail campaigns, and seasonal promotions.</li><li>Attend weekly marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks related to social media, influencer marketing, and campaign execution.</li></ul><p></p> <p>Must-Have:</p><ul><li>1–2 years of experience managing social media for a brand (beauty or lifestyle preferred).</li><li>Available to work up to 20 hours per week.</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.</li><li>Excellent written communication and attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable creating content in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools.</li><li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Passion for beauty, creators, and digital marketing.</li><li>Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>Be able to present a portfolio containing previous work samples. </li></ul><p>Nice to Have:</p><ul><li>Experience working with influencers or PR gifting.</li><li>Basic photography or video editing skills.</li><li>Familiarity with social scheduling platforms.</li><li>Experience supporting product launches or retail marketing campaigns.</li></ul>
