<h3>Responsibilities</h3>Provide technical expertise and Materials and Process support for Honeywell Aerospace product. Work as part of a highly engaged and integrated Materials Engineering team. You will collaborate across Honeywell Aerospace engineering teams to create solutions and systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will participate in all phases of product development and will be a technical point of contact for less experienced engineers. Based in Taiwan, this Materials Engineering position will provide support for new and existing products including aerospace gas turbine engines used for propulsion and auxiliary power, with a primary focus on metallurgy and metallurgical process (casting, forging, heat treating, welding, etc). Primary responsibilities include support for materials and processes involved in the design and manufacture of metallic parts. This position will serve as the primary focal point for Materials and Process Engineering in Taiwan and the APAC Region and will serve as a liaison between regional suppliers and Honeywell Aerospace. May occasionally need to lift 35 pounds single lift.
