You bring strong communication skills and feel comfortable jumping into new projects, asking insightful questions, and taking initiative. You are empathetic, hard working, and focused on building and nurturing long-term relationships with our partners. You adapt quickly and balance a range of responsibilities while effectively communicating client trends, information, and feedback to your teammates. You maintain prompt attention to details and timelines, bringing an infectious drive that feeds your self-starting attitude. Our success is their success.</p> <p><strong>What you do each day: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct outreach to territory managers and sales reps within our strategic partnerships, such as Sherwin Williams, Lennox, The Home Depot, Carrier, etc.</li> <li>Support existing partners by creating go to market assets, answering questions, and providing in-depth training for 1 to many partner employees</li> <li>Contribute to team goals by managing the enrollment process for strategic partners</li> <li>Coordinate upcoming events for HCP to attend, collaborating with marketing to deliver collateral and attending in-person events</li> <li>Align cross-functionally with the Events department in Marketing for upcoming Business Development events</li> <li>Collaborate with the Small Business and Key Account Sales Managers and reps to ensure an optimal enrollment process</li> <li>Innovate on current processes and proactively seek ways to improve the partner experience</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues with partners using foundational product knowledge</li> <li>Conduct outreach to potential partners to build awareness, momentum, and create new partnerships</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in franchise sales, partnership sales, or enterprise sales</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)</li> <li>Prior experience in high volume outreach to partner employees</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs</li> </ul> <p><strong>What will help you succeed in this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional breadth of interest shown through tangible, self-initiated ventures or deep community involvement; you love trying new things and may possess a demonstrated history of successfully pivoting or starting over in life and work</li> <li>Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal and external partners</li> <li>Deep understanding of business processes and proven ability to manage complex relationships</li> <li>Knowledge of and established relationships within relevant home service industries (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning)</li> <li>Proven success building strong relationships internally and externally</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment with strong organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Possess a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location Dependent Information</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This role is open to candidates, <span id="gmail-docs-internal-guid-f44940f4-7fff-afdb-1809-1d64542c49fa">with an expected base salary range of</span> <span id="gmail-docs-internal-guid-f44940f4-7fff-afdb-1809-1d64542c49fa">$70,000-$82,000 and annual on-target earnings range of $93,000-$105,000</span>. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
