<p><strong>Location: This position is remote within Colombia</strong></p> <p data-path-to-node="3">Huge is looking for a <strong data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="22">QA Lead</strong> to drive end-to-end quality strategy, test execution, and release validation across high-impact, modern web initiatives. As the QA Lead, you will act as the quality authority across decoupled, headless architectures—ensuring seamless user experiences, design system fidelity, and system reliability across complex digital platforms.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4">In this role, you will bridge the gap between Product, Design, and Engineering to architect and execute comprehensive test plans. From validating component-driven React/Next.js frontends against Figma design systems to auditing WCAG accessibility and validating complex API-driven data flows (including AI-generated search outputs and interactive map discovery engines), you will safeguard platform performance and functionality at every layer.</p> <p data-path-to-node="5">A successful candidate brings deep agency or consulting experience, a mastery of headless/composable testing strategies, and the technical leadership required to manage defect lifecycles and communicate quality risks clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="7">What You’ll Be Doing</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="8"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Quality Strategy for Composable Architecture:</strong> Establish and execute end-to-end test strategies for complex, decoupled systems—testing front-end user experiences, headless CMS platforms (<strong data-path-to-node="8,0,0" data-index-in-node="186">Contentstack</strong>, Contentful, or Sanity), CRMs, and third-party API integrations both independently and in combination.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Component &amp; Visual QA:</strong> Partner directly with Design and Engineering to validate React/Next.js component libraries against Figma design system specs, ensuring design fidelity, state behavior, and responsive layouts across all viewports and breakpoints.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">API &amp; Data Flow Validation:</strong> Conduct rigorous API and integration testing across third-party service handshakes, validating end-to-end data pipelines from headless content repositories to search endpoints and front-end rendering.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Interactive UI &amp; Complex Feature QA:</strong> Drive testing for stateful, highly interactive web applications (e.g., Media Discovery Engine OOH ad maps, dynamic list builders, and multi-filter tools) beyond static content pages.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Search &amp; AI Output Quality:</strong> Validate search experience functionality, query handling, and faceting, while establishing quality assurance protocols to audit AI-generated summary outputs for accuracy and hallucination risks.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">WCAG Accessibility Auditing:</strong> Lead accessibility testing efforts to enforce WCAG standards, ensuring digital products deliver inclusive user experiences across input types, screen readers, and color contrasts.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Agile Defect Management:</strong> Own the defect lifecycle in Jira—leading triage, defining acceptance criteria (AC) validation workflows within sprints, and ensuring clear traceability from design specs through implementation.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,7,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,7,0" data-index-in-node="0">Stakeholder &amp; Cross-Functional Alignment:</strong> Act as the voice of quality within agile delivery teams, effectively communicating risk, test coverage, and release readiness to Client, Product, and Engineering leads.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="10">What We’d Like to See</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="11"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">8+ years of experience</strong> in Quality Assurance, with a proven track record leading QA strategy on enterprise web projects within a digital agency or consulting environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Headless CMS Expertise:</strong> Hands-on experience testing decoupled, headless CMS platforms (direct production experience with <strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="121">Contentstack</strong>, Contentful, or Sanity is required).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Modern Front-End Testing:</strong> Deep experience testing front-end applications built on <strong data-path-to-node="11,2,0" data-index-in-node="82">React and Next.js</strong>, focusing on stateful interactions, responsive viewports, and cross-browser parity.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Design System &amp; Visual QA:</strong> Proven background validating newly built design systems and component libraries directly against <strong data-path-to-node="11,3,0" data-index-in-node="124">Figma</strong> design specifications.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">API &amp; Integration Testing:</strong> Advanced proficiency testing RESTful/GraphQL APIs, reading integration contracts, managing environment parity gaps, and working with staging mocks for external services (CRM, search, maps, ad platforms).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Accessibility Mastery:</strong> Direct experience conducting <strong data-path-to-node="11,5,0" data-index-in-node="52">WCAG compliance audits</strong> using automated tools and manual screen reader testing strategies.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Agile Tooling &amp;
