This role requires a mix of systems engineering expertise, hands-on integration, and customer-facing collaboration with enterprise stakeholders. The engineer will ensure seamless delivery of Hypori’s secure virtual mobile infrastructure, maintaining compliance with strict security standards while driving uptime, performance, and customer satisfaction.</p> <p class="p2">To ensure success in this role, you must have advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware systems, excellent diagnostic skills, high-level communication skills, and a solid understanding of Android, Azure, and AWS (Amazon Web Services) platforms.&nbsp;</p> <p class="p4"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Deliver Gold Support through a combination of on-site and remote Tier 3 engineering and solutions architecture.</li> <li class="li2">Install, integrate, and maintain F5 TLS Proxy solutions in coordination with client’s F5 support team.</li> <li class="li2">Perform OS and Nutanix installation, patching, upgrades, and network configuration.</li> <li class="li2">Manage and maintain Hypori Halo server infrastructure, including capacity planning and hardware lifecycle (installation, decommission, sanitization, shipping).</li> <li class="li2">Support PKI provisioning, certificate management, and integration with customer environments.</li> <li class="li2">Generate and manage Hypori license keys for renewals.</li> <li class="li2">Configure and maintain Hypori platform software, including templates, policies, and platform upgrades.</li> <li class="li2">Perform platform health monitoring, respond to alerts, and ensure rapid incident resolution.</li> <li class="li2">Review infrastructure specifications, perform readiness assessments, and support hardware/software purchasing recommendations.</li> <li class="li2">Define, document, and execute disaster recovery plans with client support teams, including annual DR testing.</li> <li class="li2">Collaborate on release and patch planning, including process definition, scheduling, and communications.</li> <li class="li2">Conduct testing of new apps and versions for Hypori virtual devices; prepare and deliver release notes and supporting documentation.</li> <li class="li2">Ensure audit trails, logging, and change management adherence across the Hypori environment.</li> <li class="li2">Review, address, and resolve security vulnerabilities identified via penetration testing, ACAS scans, or client reporting.</li> <li class="li2">Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for client’s stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, reporting, and escalation management.</li> <li class="li2">Provide periodic operational reviews, status reports, and policy updates to client and Hypori leadership.</li> </ul> <p class="p4"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible).</li> <li class="li2">5+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, or enterprise IT infrastructure support.</li> <li class="li2">Strong knowledge of TLS/PKI provisioning, certificate management, and secure infrastructure integration.</li> <li class="li2">Experience supporting enterprise-class server hardware and decommission/lifecycle processes.</li> <li class="li2">Familiarity with network engineering concepts and F5 TLS Proxy or comparable load-balancing/security solutions.</li> <li class="li2">Strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing Tier 3 escalations.</li> <li class="li2">Excellent documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.</li> <li class="li6">Active CompTIA Security+ certification.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p class="p4"><strong>Preferred Attributes:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Experience supporting DoD, Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), or federal government customers in high-security environments.</li> <li class="li2">Prior experience with SaaS technical delivery</li> <li class="li2">Experienced engineering on the Android platform.</li> <li class="li2">Hands-on Linux experience.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li2">Cloud engineering and/or DevOps experience</li> <li class="li2">Kubernetes orchestration and/or management.</li> <li class="li2">Experience with Nutanix, virtualization platforms, and OS deployment.</li> <li class="li2">Expertise in secure infrastructure deployments (e.g., CSfC environments).</li> <li class="li2">Prior experience with Nutanix AHV, VMware, or other hypervisors.</li> <li class="li2">Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, or vendor-specific like F5, Nutanix).</li> <li class="li2">Familiarity with ACAS scanning, DISA STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">About Us</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Hypori Inc. provides a generous benefits package for full-time employees that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, parental leave, and life and disability packages.
