<p><strong><u>Job Summary</u>:</strong></p><p style="text-align: left;">The Manager, Business Solution Consultants has leadership responsibility for all the Business Solution Consultants in the Professional Services department. This role will partner with other leaders within the organization to ensure optimal collaborative processes are in place to improve our Professional Services Delivery process continuously. This management role will function in a customer-facing capacity to lead and support the Solumina Business Solution Consultants team. Will guide and support change management activities, process engineering, such as Organizational Change Management (OCM) with both internal and external teams. Collaborating with their team, will ensure the quality of all project deliverables while following the Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM). This includes communicating the delivery standards, procedures, methodology, and desired deployment objectives for each project.</p><p style="text-align: left;"><br><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Develops and maintains a progressive recruitment, induction, development, and onboarding system to ensure a highly skilled and functioning team</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Employs innovative techniques to continually advance the deployment process using SIM</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Plans for optimum resource utilization and coordinates with the Resource Manager for resource needs</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Ensures their team is driving to corporate objectives and metrics</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Plans and conducts personnel performance reviews and professional growth</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Contributes to the development and improvement of SIM services standards, processes, and procedures</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Leading, growing, and mentoring BSC professionals</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Identify and develops leaders for the future</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Developing positive relationships with existing and new customer</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Maintain a good balance between customer and team needs</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Engage in a management consulting role to help client executives lead and support substantial change initiatives within their organizations</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Deliver BSC activities to a customer up to 30% of daily job functions.</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Deep understanding of Solumina architecture with the ability to deploy to multiple sites.</p><p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Traveling to customer sites, as required, to meet with the customer and align with their expectations</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Agile background in Scrum and Kanban</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Excellent writing, presentation, and communications skills</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed</p><p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u>Required Education/Experience:</u></strong></p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>Bachelor’s degree in IT management, Engineering or Manufacturing or equivalent work experience required</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>5+ years of experience in project environments implementing enterprise software solutions</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and supporting roles</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>5+ years of experience working with and implementing enterprise-class software solutions</p><p style="text-align: left;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span>2+ years of experience in managing a team of professional consultants in a remote environment</p>
