<p>Reporting to the<strong> Manager, Reporting & Analytics</strong>, the Senior Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing and delivering insightful, scalable reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role serves as a vital bridge between technical data operations and business strategy, leveraging expertise in data extraction, report development, and stakeholder engagement.</p> <p>In addition to core reporting responsibilities, this role will be at the forefront of our <strong>semantic layer exploration</strong>, helping to shape how we structure and access data for long-term scalability and usability.</p> <p> </p> <p>• Develop and maintain complex business reports and dashboards</p> <p>• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet reporting needs</p> <p>• Design and manage a centralized report repository</p> <p>• Translate business needs into technical reporting requirements</p> <p>• Monitor and improve data quality</p> <p>• Educate internal stakeholders on report interpretation and usage</p> <p>• Designing and maintaining semantic models to support scalable and reusable reporting solutions</p> <p>• Defining relationships, hierarchies, and calculated measures to enable intuitive data exploration</p> <p>• Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure semantic layers align with business logic and terminology</p> <p>• Perform data validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency</p> <p>• Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision making</p> <p>• Develop and maintain reporting documentation and process guides</p> <p>• Lead initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and user experience</p> <p>• Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members</p> <p> </p> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <p> </p> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <p>• 5-7 years of relevant experience</p> <p>• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred fields: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science)</p> <p>• Strong SQL and python skills</p> <p>• Experience with Snowflake Warehouses, Tableau, Looker</p> <p>• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance</p> <p>• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders</p> <p>• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines</p> <p>• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure Dev Ops)</p> <p>• Utilized Git for version control and collaborative development of reporting assets, including SQL scripts, dashboard configurations, and data transformation workflows, ensuring traceability, and code integrity</p> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <p>• Ability to work occasional overtime or outside normal business hours</p> <p>• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer</p>
