We’re looking for someone with deep social media expertise and advanced, hands-on AI and automation capabilities.</p><p>You should understand how to grow audiences across <strong>Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn</strong>—and know how to use AI, automation, APIs, agents, and modern content tools to dramatically increase the speed, scale, and intelligence of that operation.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who is a <strong>builder, systems-minded, experimental, and commercially focused</strong>. You should be comfortable taking an objective, designing the system, and executing without waiting for a detailed playbook.</p><p> </p><p><strong><img Content Engine</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Build and operate an AI-powered content engine that transforms our long-form podcasts, interviews, appearances, and other original content into high-quality, platform-native content at scale.</li><li>Design automated workflows across the full content lifecycle: <strong>long-form content → identify best moments → clip → edit → caption → package → publish → analyze → optimize.</strong></li><li>Use AI to accelerate content production while maintaining quality, consistency, and platform-native execution.</li><li>Continuously improve the efficiency and output of the content operation.</li></ul><p><strong>Multi-Platform & Multi-Account Distribution</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Design and operate a network of social accounts across <strong>Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn</strong>.</li><li>Develop differentiated distribution strategies for flagship brand and founder accounts, niche and educational properties, and other strategically differentiated accounts.</li><li>Understand how different accounts can ethically and effectively amplify content, reach different audiences, test ideas, and drive qualified attention toward primary properties.</li><li>Build systems that allow the operation to scale without creating a large manual production operation.</li></ul><p><strong>AI Influencers & Digital Personas</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Build AI-native creators and digital media personalities from the ground up.</li><li>Own the process from <strong>concept → identity → visual creation → voice → content → distribution → audience → monetization.</strong></li><li>Develop differentiated AI-native media properties and test their audience potential.</li><li>Build repeatable systems for content creation, distribution, and audience growth.</li></ul><p><strong>AI & Automation Infrastructure</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Architect and continuously improve the technology behind the operation.</li><li>Use <strong>LLMs, AI agents, prompt and context engineering, AI video and image generation, voice generation, APIs, and workflow automation platforms</strong> such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.</li><li>Build integrations across content production, publishing, analytics, social listening, and CRM systems.</li><li>Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve the speed, quality, and intelligence of the operation.</li></ul><p><strong>Funnels, Analytics & Monetization</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Build systems that connect social distribution to <strong>landing pages, email, SMS, CRM, communities, events, and other conversion channels.</strong></li><li>Establish analytics and experimentation frameworks to identify winning content, formats, hooks, and distribution strategies.</li><li>Track what generates <strong>qualified audience growth, leads, and revenue—not simply views or engagement.</strong></li><li>Continuously improve the width="14" height="14"> <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Must-Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience <strong>building and growing social media audiences</strong>, with measurable results.</li><li>Deep understanding of <strong>Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn</strong>, including platform-specific content formats, algorithms, hooks, retention, and distribution.</li><li>Hands-on experience building or operating <strong>multi-account social media networks</strong>.</li><li>Strong experience using <strong>AI to automate content production, distribution, or other meaningful parts of a social media operation</strong>.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with <strong>LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation</strong>.</li><li>Experience building automated <strong>long-form-to-short-form content pipelines</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of content analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization.</li><li>Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect social media activity to <strong>measurable business outcomes</strong>.</li><li>High ownership, strong execution, and the ability to build systems independently.</li></ul><p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p><ul><li>Experience creating <strong>AI influencers, AI-generated media accounts, or digital personas</strong>.</li><li>Experience building funnels that convert social audiences into leads or customers.</li><li>Experience with <strong>CRM, email, SMS, or community integrations</strong>.</li><li>Experience with AI video, image, and voice generation.</li><li>Experience operating social media for a founder, investment platform, financial services company, or other complex business.</li><li>Experience building or scaling a
