Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams, you will create integrated go-to-market programmes that generate, capture, and convert demand throughout the customer journey.</p><p>Success in the role will be measured through pipeline contribution, revenue impact, campaign ROI, customer acquisition, digital performance, and the development of a high-performing global team.</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a global demand generation strategy aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.</li><li>Drive qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue through high-performing campaigns and programmes.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary global demand generation team.</li><li>Set the strategic direction for paid media, SEO, AI discoverability, CRO, website performance, social media, and employee advocacy.</li><li>Monitor and optimise performance through key commercial metrics, including pipeline, revenue, ROI, conversion rates, and CAC.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated, customer-centric marketing programmes.</li><li>Manage the global demand generation budget, ensuring investment is focused on the highest-impact initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>How You'll Show Up</strong></p><p>You are a commercially minded marketing leader with a passion for delivering measurable growth.
