<p>Description</p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Historic Preservation Sales Specialist</strong> to represent and grow our preservation client portfolio by developing relationships with owners, architects, preservation professionals, and public-sector stakeholders responsible for historic buildings. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, guiding clients through complex decision-making processes, and delivering solutions that align with preservation standards, regulatory requirements, and project goals.</p> <p><strong>About Inspekt AI:</strong></p> <p>Inspekt AI is transforming how building owners and operators detect, manage, and prevent façade and envelope failures. Our drone-powered inspections and AI-driven analysis help commercial real estate owners, property managers, REITs, and facilities teams identify issues early—before minor defects turn into six-figure repairs or safety risks.</p> <p>We work with complex, high-value assets and sell into technical, risk-aware buyers.
