The ideal candidate typically has 5 years of experience designing, testing, and deploying complete technology solutions.</p> <h2><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h2> <p><strong>Expected Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven project execution expertise with a track record of successful implementations.</li> <li>Strong technical proficiency in infrastructure components and systems.</li> <li>Strong technical proficiency in configuring and deploying various infrastructure changes, including firewalls, servers, networking, and wireless.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.</li> <li>Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.</li> <li>Client-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.</li> <li>Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach to project execution.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience working with remote teams is required.</li> <li>Hands-on or remote deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, networks, etc.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, and at times high-pressure consulting environment.</li> <li>Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is a plus but not required for this position.</li> <li>Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple Clients is a plus but not required for this position.</li> <li>Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management tools (RMM) such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate is a plus but not required for this position.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Areas of Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Candidates must have demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas:</li> <li>Windows Server Environment Setup</li> <ul> <li>Active Directory and Active Directory Services</li> <li>DNS and DHCP</li> <li>Hypervisor Setup and Configuration with Hyper-V</li> </ul> <li>Cloud Platform Deployments</li> <ul> <li>Standard O365 Apps such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams</li> <li>Cloud Identify Management such as Azure AD and EntraID</li> <li>MDM platforms including Intune and MaaS360</li> </ul> <li>Email Migration and Support</li> <ul> <li>Experience migration from on-premises Exchange to O365</li> <li>Migration tools and scripts such as those from BitTitan</li> </ul> <li>Data Storage Device Setup and Deployment</li> <ul> <li>NAS solutions from QNAP and Synology and Dell</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Areas of Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ideal candidates also have demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas:</li> <li>Hypervisor Setup and Configuration <ul> <li>VMWare ESXi</li> <li>Nutanix Acropolis</li> </ul> </li> <li>Cloud Platform Deployments <ul> <li>AWS</li> Ecosystem Support <ul> <li>macOS / iOS (device deployment, configuration, and support)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Equipment Setup and Deployment <ul> <li>Network Switches from Cisco and Dell Enterprise</li> <li>Firewalls from SonicWall and Fortinet</li> <li>Wireless Access Points (WAPs) from Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Job Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A home office set up that meets the following:</li> <ul> <li>Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:</li> <ul> <li>Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or</li> <li>AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or</li> <li>macOS 12 or newer.</li> </ul> <li>Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.</li> <li>Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.</li> <li>Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.</li> <li>Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.</li> <li>2nd Monitor </li> <li>UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) if using a desktop (Not needed if using a laptop)</li> <li>A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview) </li> </ul> <li>Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written </li> <li>Able to work full time for 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday)</li> <li>Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments. </li> <li>Preferably, at least two of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.</li> <li>Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Compensation</strong></h2> <p>Pay rate starts at <strong>$8.00/hour</strong>
