We partner with leading industry companies to provide our students with the opportunity to gain experience through internships and ultimately, employment with one of these companies.<br/> <\/div> <br/> <\/div> Requirements:<br/> <\/div> - At least two years of experience in CRM marketing.<br/> <\/div> - A proven track record of exponential sales growth using CRM marketing, proprietary segmentation, and reporting techniques.<br/> <\/div> - Analytical skills, product-based approach to selecting and testing hypotheses.<br/> <\/div> - Focus on results (bottom line revenue).<br/> <\/div> - Experience with traffic and email analytics systems.<br/> <\/div> - English proficiency at level B2 or higher.<br/> <\/div> <br/> <\/div><\/span><br/><span id="spanreq"><h3>Requirements<\/h3> - Develop and implement a CRM strategy for interacting with different customer segments.<br/> <\/div> - Find optimal services and solutions for CRM marketing, integrate third-party services, and participate in the development of internal ones.<br/> <\/div> - Segment and analyze the customer base.<br/> <\/div> - Manage the CRM department: copywriters, email managers, and designers.<br/> <\/div> - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and plan activities jointly with school product managers.<br/> <\/div> - Budget, plan, and monitor departmental performance indicators, and adjust strategies and tactics for internal communication channels with the customer base.<br/> <\/div> - Develop and manage a webinar chain.<br/> <\/div> <br/> <\/div><\/span><br/><span id="spanben"><h3>Benefits<\/h3> - Full-time remote work with a 10am-7pm schedule.<br/> <\/div> - Contract work with a European (German) company.<br/> <\/div> - Payment in Euros.<br/> <\/div> - Training in all Education Center products;<br/> <\/div> - Work in a very fast-paced and flexible startup where everyone is interested in career and professional development.<br/> <\/div> - We sign a Service Agreement.<br/> <\/div><\/span><br/> <\/body> <\/html></h3></span></h3></span></p></span>
