Development of the UX/UI Design course curriculum, including lesson structure and defined learning outcomes<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Coordination of curriculum approval and individual modules with the academic department<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Consulting support for instructors and academic staff on content creation and instructional design<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Maintenance of curriculum relevance in line with current UX/UI trends, in collaboration with the academic team<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Creation of educational materials and supporting resources to enhance the learning experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>

Strong expertise in User-Centered Design, UX Research, Persona Development, and Design Thinking;
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Experience with Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing;
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Solid understanding of Atomic Design, Design Systems, and UI Kit creation;
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in Figma (expert level), plus familiarity with Miro, Axure, Adobe XD, and Sketch;
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and apply UX best practices;
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and practical collaboration with developers;
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Understanding of UX analytics: KPIs, NPS, SUS;
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Awareness of cognitive biases and persuasive design (e.g., Cialdini’s Principles);<\/span><\/span>

Native-level Russian and fluent English.<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

Experience with voice interfaces, AR/VR, or AI in UX<\/span>
