Job Description

Sobre la Empresa Somos una empresa de tecnología especializada en el end to end de activos digitales, que acompaña su oferta de staffing y fabrica de software con servicios de consultoría y tecnología que permiten escalar grandes transformaciones empresariales. Buscamos un(a) Arquitecto de Infraestructura con 5 - 7 años de experiencia en prácticas de DevOps y/o SRE, responsable de diseñar, operar y evolucionar plataformas de infraestructura escalables, seguras, automatizadas y orientadas a facilitar el delivery de productos tecnológicos.

Responsabilidades: Diseñar y mantener plataformas de infraestructura como servicio. Implementar soluciones de CI/CD para múltiples entornos. Automatizar despliegues y aprovisionamiento con Infraestructura como Código. Administrar clústeres de Kubernetes y entornos contenerizados. Monitorear, optimizar y fortalecer el rendimiento, disponibilidad y seguridad de la plataforma. Gestionar integraciones con herramientas DevOps y facilitar el trabajo con equipos de desarrollo. Ejecutar troubleshooting de incidentes en ambientes productivos. Documentar procedimientos, lineamientos y buenas prácticas operativas.

Requisitos: Más de 5 - 7 años de experiencia en DevOps y/o SRE. Dominio de Infraestructura como Código con Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible o Pulumi. Experiencia en Docker, Kubernetes, Helm y administración de clústeres como AKS, EKS o similares. Manejo avanzado de Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins y pipelines CI/CD. Conocimiento en servicios cloud sobre Azure, AWS y/o GCP. Experiencia en monitoreo y observabilidad con Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Kibana, Azure Monitor y Application Insights. Conocimiento en seguridad cloud, pipelines, gestión de secretos y certificados con Key Vault, Vault o SOPS. Conocimiento en redes, VPNs, conectividad híbrida y administración de sistemas Linux y Windows. Manejo de scripting con Bash, PowerShell o Python. Deseable conocimiento en GitOps con Flux o ArgoCD, SQL, KQL, Jira, Confluence e IDP.

Competencias clave: Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas. Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y no técnicos. Trabajo autónomo y colaborativo. Proactividad para identificar y eliminar cuellos de botella. Mentalidad de mejora continua y automatización.
