Sobre la Empresa Somos una empresa de tecnología especializada en el end to end de activos digitales, que acompaña su oferta de staffing y fabrica de software con servicios de consultoría y tecnología que permiten escalar grandes transformaciones empresariales. Buscamos un(a) Arquitecto de Soluciones con entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia, responsable de diseñar, supervisar y evolucionar arquitecturas tecnológicas modulares, escalables, seguras y resilientes, alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio y los lineamientos del CoE de Arquitectura.

Responsabilidades: Diseñar y supervisar arquitecturas de solución end to end. Traducir requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones técnicas y arquitecturas viables. Definir patrones, estándares y lineamientos de arquitectura de solución. Asegurar la calidad, conformidad y salud de la arquitectura durante la implementación. Liderar integraciones entre tecnologías nuevas y existentes. Gestionar deuda técnica y de arquitectura, así como brechas entre arquitectura actual y objetivo. Elaborar blueprints y documentación técnica de arquitectura. Coordinar hojas de ruta de arquitectura, reutilización de componentes y arquitecturas de transición. Guiar prácticas de ingeniería en pruebas, integración continua y despliegue automatizado. Apoyar la gestión de riesgos, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo.

Requisitos: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Procesos o afines. Deseable posgrado y/o certificaciones en tecnologías de información. Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en arquitectura de soluciones o roles similares. Conocimiento en patrones de arquitectura y diseño de software, arquitecturas modulares, escalables y resilientes. Manejo de herramientas de modelado como UML, C4, Icepanel, Draw.io o similares. Conocimiento en desarrollo de software, bases de datos SQL y NoSQL, redes y comunicaciones. Experiencia con nube Azure, AWS y/o GCP. Conocimiento en Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jira. Familiaridad con marcos como TOGAF o BIAN. Conocimiento en seguridad, autenticación, autorización, cifrado y normativas como GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS. Deseable conocimiento en tecnologías emergentes como IA, IoT o Blockchain. Deseable experiencia en sector bancario y regulación asociada.
