Sobre la Empresa Somos una empresa de tecnología especializada en el end to end de activos digitales, que acompaña su oferta de staffing y fabrica de software con servicios de consultoría y tecnología que permiten escalar grandes transformaciones empresariales. Buscamos un(a) Arquitecto Empresarial con 3-5 años de experiencia, responsable de definir e implementar la estrategia de Arquitectura Empresarial y su alineación con la estrategia del Banco, asegurando un entorno tecnológico simple, adaptable, escalable y preparado para la transformación digital.

Responsabilidades: Definir la arquitectura objetivo y evaluar brechas entre la arquitectura actual y la deseada en los dominios de negocio, aplicaciones, datos, infraestructura y seguridad. Liderar la implementación de la estrategia de Arquitectura Empresarial y la planeación estratégica de TI (PETI). Coordinar iniciativas para cerrar brechas tecnológicas, definir hojas de ruta y priorizar cambios estratégicos. Participar en comités de revisión de arquitectura y gobierno tecnológico. Definir estándares tecnológicos, lineamientos y planes de mitigación de riesgos. Ejecutar iteraciones del método ADM bajo el framework TOGAF. Traducir objetivos estratégicos en métricas, resultados esperados y beneficios para la organización. Comunicar el plan de TI y su avance a stakeholders clave.

Requisitos: Más de 3-5 años de experiencia en Arquitectura Empresarial. Conocimiento y experiencia en banca y sistema financiero. Dominio de marcos de referencia como TOGAF, BIAN, Zachman, Gartner. Certificación en TOGAF y deseable certificación en BIAN. Conocimiento en IT Governance (ITIL, COBIT), planeación estratégica, gestión de proyectos y auditoría de procesos de información. Experiencia en servicios Cloud y gestión de entornos digitales. Manejo de herramientas como Hopex, Archimate y calculadoras financieras FinOps. Dominio de inglés.

Requirements
