Buscamos un(a) Desarrollador(a) Frontend con más de 3-5 años de experiencia, responsable de diseñar, implementar, evaluar y mejorar interfaces y soluciones digitales, asegurando una excelente experiencia de usuario, calidad de código, cumplimiento de estándares y alineación con lineamientos definidos por chapters, CoEs y áreas de tecnología.

Responsabilidades: Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar interfaces web y aplicaciones frontend. Implementar soluciones responsivas, escalables y mantenibles. Aplicar prácticas de desarrollo, calidad temprana y revisión de código. Resolver incidentes y defectos en ambientes no productivos y productivos. Proponer mejoras en procesos de desarrollo, arquitecturas y experiencia de usuario. Acompañar técnicamente al equipo y promover código limpio y reutilizable. Integrar soluciones con APIs y apoyar despliegues a producción. Elaborar documentación técnica de acuerdo con lineamientos definidos.

Conocimiento en buenas prácticas de desarrollo: clean code, accesibilidad, mantenibilidad y reutilización. Experiencia en pruebas tempranas, debugging, troubleshooting y revisión de código. Manejo de Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, CI/CD, Git, Jira, Confluence, Teams, DrawIO e IcePanel. Conocimiento de agilidad, trabajo colaborativo y visión de producto.
