Job Description

Buscamos un(a) Diseñador(a) de Procesos con experiencia en inteligencia artificial agéntica para apoyar iniciativas de rediseño, optimización y automatización de procesos de negocio, integrando capacidades de agentes inteligentes para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, la toma de decisiones y la experiencia de usuario. Responsabilidades Levantar, analizar y rediseñar procesos de negocio de punta a punta. Identificar oportunidades de automatización y optimización mediante IA agéntica. Diseñar flujos operativos que integren agentes inteligentes, reglas de negocio y puntos de decisión. Documentar procesos AS-IS y TO-BE, mapas de proceso, requerimientos y casos de uso. Trabajar con equipos funcionales y técnicos para traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones viables. Acompañar iniciativas de transformación digital, mejora continua y eficiencia operativa. Definir indicadores, controles y criterios de seguimiento para procesos intervenidos. Promover buenas prácticas de diseño, trazabilidad y gobierno de procesos. Requisitos Experiencia en diseño, modelamiento y optimización de procesos. Conocimiento en metodologías de levantamiento y documentación de procesos. Experiencia participando en iniciativas de automatización o transformación digital. Conocimiento o experiencia en soluciones de inteligencia artificial agéntica, asistentes inteligentes o automatización avanzada. Capacidad para articular procesos de negocio con requerimientos funcionales y tecnológicos. Habilidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders de negocio. Enfoque analítico, estructurado y orientado a mejora continua. Lo que valoramos Experiencia en proyectos de innovación, automatización o eficiencia operativa. Criterio para proponer soluciones prácticas, escalables y sostenibles. Enfoque en documentación, adopción y transferencia de conocimiento. Capacidad para integrarse rápidamente a proyectos en marcha.
