This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial insurance accounts, partnering with Producers to deliver strategic risk management solutions and exceptional client service.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. This role plays a key part in client retention, account growth, and ensuring the timely and accurate servicing of commercial insurance policies while building trusted relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of Commercial Lines accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and ongoing account servicing.</li><li>Partner with Producers to develop renewal strategies, prepare for client meetings, and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand coverage.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive, consultative service and resolving coverage, policy, and billing inquiries.</li><li>Prepare applications and market new and renewal business to insurance carrier partners.</li><li>Review carrier proposals and policy documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate coverage recommendations.</li><li>Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, premium audits, and policy changes while maintaining compliance with agency and carrier guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate policy binding, billing inquiries, premium audits, and non-renewal activities.</li><li>Collect loss information, order loss runs, and maintain accurate client records and documentation.</li><li>Maintain complete and organized electronic files within Applied Epic and other agency management systems.</li><li>Build strong working relationships with carrier underwriters and business partners to support successful account management and client retention.</li><li>Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring all transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Active Property &amp; Casualty (P&amp;C) insurance license required.</li><li>Minimum of four years of Commercial Lines insurance or account management experience.</li><li>Experience with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system required.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products, policy servicing, and carrier underwriting practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Producers, carrier partners, and internal teams.</li><li>Professional, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li><li>Life insurance coverage</li><li>Short-term and long-term disability coverage</li><li>Accident and critical illness insurance options</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p><p>Legacy Risk Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
