In general, this person will help build and deliver timely and accurate business cadence reporting.</span></p><p>This position has EST business hours and is a part of a global team. This position will have occasional traveling as a part of the position.&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size: inherit;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Support and maintain the weekly, monthly and quarterly business reporting.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Support and maintain reports and dashboards.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Present and provide updates across teams and to Executive stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Analyze actual performance versus plans to explain any underlying variances in detail.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Interface with teams on topics of attainment, tracks, pipeline, etc.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Own and manage multiple BI initiatives and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Analyze big data and create recommendations for the sales Ops teams, finance, and management.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Working with the management team to develop, implement and manage the Business processes, systems, reports and strategies to meet organizational goals and initiatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li></ul><br><p><strong><span style="font-size: inherit;">Basic Qualifications</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">10 years of Experience in Sales Operations, providing analytical reporting and business insights.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">10 years of Experience developing and optimizing business management systems, processes, and tools.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">10+ years of Experience in Sales Operations at a global organization.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">10+ years of Experience working with MS Dynamics and modern CRM applications.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Ability to work in an environment with multiple data sources and ability to produce concise reports.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Comfort and Experience working on slide decks, utilizing O356 and Excel.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Experience delivering Thought Leadership and executing on strategic initiatives and plans.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Experience working with BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment and balance competitive priorities.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Ability to communicate with clarity and tact with management and peers.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Ability to share credit for success and take accountability for missed deadlines.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Self-motivated mindset with proactive planning.&nbsp;</span></li><li>Superior verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong presentation skillset.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;
