We own the foundational in-app surfaces, such as navigation, home experiences, engagement loops, and contextual interfaces that shape how members interact with Life360 every day.</p> <p>Our mission is to <strong>increase depth and utility of the app</strong>, helping members discover value faster and return more frequently. We treat AI as an enabler that unlocks unprecedented efficiency and have fully embraced it into our workflow.</p> <h3>About the Job</h3> <p>Life360 is undergoing a major redesign of its mobile application to make it faster, more intuitive, and emotionally engaging for families worldwide. As a <strong>Senior Android Engineer</strong> on the<strong> Experiences </strong>team, you will play a key role in executing this vision. You'll contribute to the development of high-impact surfaces across the Life360 app, including our app navigation, home screen experience, and personalized content surfaces to create valuable engagement loops for our customers.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with design, product, and platform engineers to bring new experiences to life and evolve how millions of users interact with the Life360 platform every day. You’ll be expected to work with AI tooling natively integrated into your Android development workflow — using it as a daily collaborator for code generation, review, test authoring and ticket generation.</p> <p>This role is an excellent fit for someone who is an early adopter of AI technologies, values thoughtful user experience, and is excited to contribute to one of the most essential apps for families.</p> <p>The Canada-based salary range for this position is $149,500 to $177,500 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
