Our Robotics Service Technicians partner with our US customers to assist with all technical and servicing situations to ensure top client satisfaction. These field professionals travel regularly (80%+) within the United States.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (not exhaustive)

Traveling to customer sites regularly as well as providing remote technical customer support
Working from residential office when not traveling
Providing technical support for onsite sales trials, demonstrations, and deployments
Commissioning of robots on-site: map creation/design, cleaning zones programming, testing and functional calibration
Training and certifying customers in use of robots
Providing technical services and troubleshooting support (onsite and remote) to all inquiries/faults encountered by the customers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of working experience in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields
1+ years of professional experience performing customer service in-person and/or remotely
Previous working experience leading adult training
Ability to regularly travel throughout North America (80%+)
Ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
Holds a valid Driver’s License
Has an insured reliable vehicle (to travel to local customer sites)
