Trusted by many of the world’s largest enterprises and downloaded more than 100 million times, Liquibase helps organizations govern database change across modern applications, data platforms, and AI-driven software delivery.</p> <p>We’re looking for a fast-moving, curious, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative located on the East Coast in the Unites States to generate pipeline through both inbound conversion and targeted outbound prospecting.</p> <p>You’ll respond to high-intent inbound interest within minutes, qualify prospects, and book meetings with our Account Executives. You’ll also use inbound signals, intent data, Community adoption, events, and account research to identify additional buying centers inside target accounts and create new opportunities through thoughtful outbound engagement.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to help drive pipeline across new logo and expansion opportunities.</p> <h4><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Respond to inbound inquiries within five minutes whenever possible.</li> <li>Qualify prospects against our ideal customer profile and schedule discovery meetings with the appropriate Account Executive.</li> <li>Convert inbound interest into broader account engagement by identifying additional stakeholders, business units, and buying centers.</li> <li>Prospect into strategic target accounts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.</li> <li>Leverage intent data, website engagement, Community users, webinar attendees, and marketing programs to prioritize outreach.</li> <li>Book qualified meetings that generate pipeline across new logo opportunities.</li> <li>Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns, webinars, events, and account-based marketing programs.</li> <li>Work alongside Account Executives to build account strategies and multi-thread opportunities.</li> <li>Maintain accurate activity, account, and opportunity data in HubSpot and other sales tools.</li> <li>Share feedback on messaging, objections, competitive intelligence, and lead quality to improve go-to-market programs.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Must Haves:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>3–8 months of SDR experience in B2B tech, with a track record of high performance</li> <li>Proven ability to book 1–2 meetings per day</li> <li>Comfortable with lead response SLAs and hitting daily activity targets</li> <li>Coachable and process-driven, follows scripts, absorbs training, and adjusts quickly</li> <li>Strong communication skills, confident on the phone, and clear in writing</li> <li>Motivated by career growth, ownership, and earning potential</li> <li>Able to work independently in a high-velocity, remote-first environment</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Nice to Haves:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools</li> <li>Familiarity with ICP targeting and basic qualification frameworks</li> <li>Exposure to DevOps, developer tooling, or data engineering buyers</li> <li>Interest in progressing into closing or strategic sales roles</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks of life at Liquibase:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Remote First culture, potential for company-wide in-person gatherings</li> <li>Home office allowance for remote workers</li> <li>Meaningful equity (US only)</li> <li>Comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits - country dependent</li> <li>Generous paid time off and paid holidays</li> <li>401K matching (US only)</li> <li>No punks, no jerks culture</li> <li>Growth opportunities and ability to move up within the company</li> </ul> <p><strong>We take pride in:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A transparent and collaborative team environment.
