The Processor gathers initial loan file documents, completes pre-review to ensure all documents to qualify borrower are complete and entered into the LOS systems and submits file to Underwriting. The Processor must be able to review approval conditions submitted for accuracy and clear as needed or submit to Underwriting in a timely manner. Professional communication, verbal and written, is a must requirement. Once the file is cleared for close by the Underwriter, the Processor is responsible for final review of data prior to closing department. </p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process applications from submission, to underwriting and closing</li><li>Communicate daily with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMCs, and title companies</li><li>Reviewing, uploading, organizing, and labeling of file documentation into loan imaging system</li><li>Analyze Credit, income, tax returns, asset documents and payment history</li><li>Clearing loan conditions for final loan approval</li><li>Other duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by Management</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of client files</li><li>The employee must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.</li><li>At all times, the Processor must demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues’ management and customers</li><li>Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills are a must</li></ul><p> </p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p> </p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years FHA Processing experience preferred</li><li>Must have reverse processing experience</li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory compliance as it relates to mortgage lending: TILA, RESPA, Reg B, Reg C, etc.  </li><li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and use problem-solving skills.  Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.  </li><li>Work independently with exceptional attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with all customers (internal and external). </li><li>Detail oriented and highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.  </li><li>Proficient computer skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook)  </li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><ul><li>Due to state employment law requirements Longbridge is currently unable to hire candidate’s who reside in the following state’s: MA; CT; and NH.</li><li>Working in a growing and dynamic industry</li><li>Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, and wide array of voluntary products and discounts</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>This is a non-exempt role</li><li>Target base salary range is 60-65K which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.</li><li>In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via monthly productions bonus.</li><li>LBF is an EEO/AA/Vet/Disabled Employer</li><li>Please note that salaries that are estimated on various job sites may not reflect the actual compensation.
