Condition gathering and submission to underwriting for approval updates. Clear loan conditions for final approval to submit to closing.</p><p>Primary Job Duties:</p><ul><li>Process applications for CTC submission to underwriting</li><li>Work with partners, loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s and title companies</li><li>Works with third parties to obtain conditions</li><li>Reviewing and uploading file documentation into LOS</li><li>Accurately clear applicable loan conditions</li><li>Analyze Credit, income, tax returns and asset documents</li><li>File follow-up and notation in accordance with policy</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of client files</li><li>Must be able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Other duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by management</li><li>Successfully manages a minimum of 35 files at one time.</li><li>Maintain satisfactory file quality</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p> </p><ul><li>Previous mortgage processing experience required</li><li>Works well under pressure, and with a strong sense of urgency</li><li>Ability to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines</li><li>Always demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors</li><li>Strong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations</li><li>Exhibits a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills</li><li>Demonstrates reliability and punctuality</li><li>Above average oral / written communication skills, customer service, and analytical skills</li><li>Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><ul><li>Due to state employment law requirements Longbridge is currently unable to hire candidate’s who reside in the following state’s: MA; CT; and NH.</li><li>Working in a growing and dynamic industry</li><li>Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, and wide array of voluntary products and discounts</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>This is a non exempt role</li><li>Target base salary range is 50-60K which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.</li><li>In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via a monthly production bonus </li><li>LBF is an EEO/AA/Vet/Disabled Employer</li><li>Please note that salaries that are estimated on various job sites may not reflect the actual compensation.
