M3 services incorporate all of the most advanced statistical and attitudinal methodologies allowing clients to provide world-class offerings and support services to their end-client customers throughout multiple industry sectors.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The <strong>Custom Recruitment Specialist</strong> is responsible for creating and executing a Custom Recruitment plan on allocated M3 Experts projects, as well as traditional Qualitative and Quantitative market research projects, ensuring a successful delivery within the provided budget and timelines. This role will directly manage expert and respondent facing recruitment tasks with the aim of increasing the total number of consultations and/or market research completes. This position will also utilize language capabilities as needed to expand the supply of experts primarily in Brazil and LATAM regions, but also globally.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br/> Including, but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Have an excellent understanding of custom recruitment strategies for M3 Experts studies, as well as traditional qualitative and quantitative studies; collaborate with Project Stakeholders to best utilize available options for maximum results.</li><li>Demonstrate complete confidence in using all recruitment platforms and tools, such as the MR System, Dotmailer, Call Center, LinkedIn, ClickSend, DNUK, Rekru, Confirmit/Decipher…</li><li>Attend IKO and project related meetings with PMs for projects assigned and share notes on agreed plan of action.</li><li>Build a custom recruitment plan for assigned projects always keeping in mind the needs of the client</li><li>Custom recruit for the expansion of M3’s global Expert Network via current client projects and strategic proactive recruitment initiatives.</li><li>Expand our network of LATAM based experts and Portuguese and/or Spanish speaking experts to meet current and future client demand.</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of custom recruitment for all project types, ensuring successful delivery within the budget provided and timelines.</li><li>Communicate and collaborate across teams and divisions, including Qual, Quant and Sales.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Education and Training Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred</li><li>Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.</li></ul><p><strong>Language:</strong></p><ul><li>Fluency in <strong>English </strong>and <strong>Portuguese </strong>OR Spanish (professional working proficiency)</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years’ expert network, market research or recruiting experience</li><li>Prior experience managing client or expert relationships a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skill, Ability:</strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software</li><li>Must have basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc</li><li>Interest / natural curiosity or previous experience /exposure within the healthcare space</li><li>Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday</li><li>Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>*M3 reserves the right to change this job description to meet the business needs of the organization</p><p>#LI-JM1<br/> #LI-Remote</p>
