M3 has offices in Japan, UK, France, Germany, Brazil, Sweden, China, USA, and South Korea, as well as India.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The <strong>Panel Digital Growth and Optimisation Manager</strong> is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to improve a company's online performance and accelerate growth across all centralised panel brands. This role oversees both the Digital Marketing and Content teams, ensuring unified digital strategies, seamless execution, and measurable outcomes that support panel goals. The Manager drives innovation, establishes digital frameworks and best practices, and ensures all digital initiatives meet brand, quality, and performance standards.</p><p><strong>Essential Job functions:</strong><br/> Including, but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Lead, guide, and mentor the Digital Marketing and Content teams, ensuring high performance, alignment, and professional development.</li><li>Oversee team structure, workflow management, and resource planning to support multi-panel digital priorities.</li><li>Build digital capabilities across the function through training, guidance, and support in emerging tools, channels, and practices.</li><li>Own the global digital growth and optimisation strategy across all centralised panel brands.</li><li>Develop unified frameworks for digital planning, execution, testing, and reporting across web, social, paid media, SEO, and content.</li><li>Ensure digital strategies align with Global Panel objectives, brand guidelines, and business targets.</li><li>Establish governance standards for digital content, channel usage, user experience, and creative quality.</li><li>Introduce and refine digital policies, workflows, and operational guidelines for cross-functional adoption.</li><li>Drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing, CRO frameworks, SEO enhancements, and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Oversee analytics, dashboards, and KPIs with a focus on acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI.</li><li>Identify digital performance gaps, risks, and opportunities across markets and brands, proposing actionable improvements.</li><li>Guide teams in the use of analytics platforms, tracking tools, and reporting methodologies to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Monitor competitor and market trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovation opportunities.</li><li>Ensure digital outputs support broader Panel goals, including member lifecycle optimisation and brand elevation.</li><li>Partner with design, technology and engineering teams to improve digital platforms, user experience, automation, and data flows.</li><li>Provide strategic oversight for key digital campaigns, brand initiatives, and multi-channel content programs.</li><li>Review and approve major digital and content deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment.</li><li>Support large-scale initiatives such as new panel launches, rebrands, market expansions, or new digital channels.</li><li>Ensure that digital and content teams work efficiently together, maintaining cohesive messaging and impactful delivery.</li><li>Identify opportunities to advance digital maturity through new tools, automation, personalisation, and optimisation technologies.</li><li>Lead adoption of best practices in UX, SEO, analytics, testing frameworks, and customer journey optimisation.</li><li>Proactively recommend new digital channels, formats, and approaches to reach and engage target audiences.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to brand, editorial, regulatory, and data privacy standards across digital activities.</li><li>Promote high-quality delivery, consistency, and accuracy across all digital and content outputs.</li><li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance and comply with all company policies and procedures.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or digital content roles.</li><li>Prior experience managing managers and leading multi-disciplinary digital teams.</li><li>Experience working in B2C, healthcare, multi-market, or multi-brand environments preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) and SEO platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with CMS systems, automation platforms, and experimentation tools.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in digital marketing best practices across paid, organic, content, SEO, and social.</li><li>Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Second-language proficiency preferred but not required.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong><em>Working hours: Must be willing to work in EU time zone</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Please submit your CV in English</em></strong></p><p>#LI-LC1<br/> #LI-Remote</p>
