This position requires relocation to Greece, where you will provide exemplary support to French-speaking users of the platform. In this role, you will manage user inquiries, resolve issues related to account management, content, and platform features, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our French-speaking community. Your expertise and cultural understanding will play a critical role in maintaining high user satisfaction levels.
