<div><span style="font-size: 12px;">As a Systems Analyst focused on the Horizons technology stack, you will serve as a hands-on application and platform owner across operational and financial systems. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis and requires deep involvement in system configuration, integrations, data quality, reporting, security administration, and post-go-live operational support. You will act as the bridge between business operations, finance, and technology, translating business needs into executable system designs while also owning system behavior, data flow, and user experience across the stack. You will be expected to actively configure systems, validate integrations, manage access controls, support implementations, and ensure ongoing system health. This role supports and administers Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct, with responsibility for cross-system alignment, data accuracy, and operational scalability. </span></div> <div> </div> <div><b><span style="font-size: 12px;">Objectives of This Role:</span></b><br>  </div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Act as the technical and functional owner for Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct within the Horizons tech stack</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Translate business and operational needs into system configurations, workflows, integrations, and reports</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Serve as the primary subject matter expert for how work is executed across operations and finance systems</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and consistency across all integrated platforms</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Own system administration, security, and access governance</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Support implementations, rollouts, and enhancements from design through post-go-live stabilization</div> <div><br> <span style="font-size: 12px;"><b>Expanded Responsibilities Platform & System Ownership:</b></span><br>  </div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Own day-to-day system behavior for Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Configure workflows, forms, custom fields, approval processes, and financial mappings </div> <div>• Administer users, roles, permissions, and security models across all platforms</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Partner with IT and integration teams to manage APIs, middleware, and data flowsIntegration & Data Management</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Lead data readiness and data migration efforts, including validation, reconciliation, and exception handling • Monitor integrations between operational and financial systems and proactively identify issues</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems</div> <div>• Define data standards and enforce best practices for data quality and reporting Implementation & Enhancement Delivery</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Support ERP and application implementations, upgrades, and rollouts • Participate in implementation planning, cutover preparation, and post-go-live support</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Translate business requirements into technical designs, configuration decisions, and integration logic</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Co-author functional and technical documentation that supports long-term scalability</div> <div> </div> <div><b><span style="font-size: 12px;">Reporting & Insights: </span></b></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Design and maintain operational and financial reports within Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Partner with finance and operations leaders to ensure reporting supports decision-making</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Validate report accuracy and ensure alignment with source system data</div> <div><br> <span style="font-size: 12px;"><b>Stakeholder Enablement & Support:</b></span><br> • Conduct system walkthroughs, training sessions, and working workshops</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Act as escalation point for complex system and process issues</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Support UAT, regression testing, and ongoing system validation</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Serve as a trusted advisor to operations and finance leaders on system capabilities and best practices</div> <div><br> <span style="font-size: 12px;"><b>Required Skills And Qualifications:</b></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Experience producing business requirements, functional designs, and technical documentation</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Hands-on experience administering and configuring Procore OR BuildOps</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Strong understanding of financial system integrations and operational data flows</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Proven ability to analyze data issues and translate findings into corrective actions</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams</div> <div> </div> <div><b><span style="font-size: 12px;">Preferred Skills And Qualifications:</span></b></div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• Bachelor’s degree in business</span>, Information Technology, or equivalent experience</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Construction industry experience preferred, HVAC strongly preferred</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Strong understanding of construction finance, job costing, and revenue recognition</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Experience implementing or supporting construction ERP and field service platforms</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12px;">• </span>Experience with Sage Intacct and Power BI preferred</div><br>
