We collaborate across the company with sales, systems, and product marketing to drive efficiency and impact.</p> <p>As Campaign Operations Manager (individual contributor), you will be responsible for the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns to support go-to-market objectives, including integrated marketing, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and partner channels. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders on end-to-end campaign delivery, defining execution strategy, technical requirements, and delivery timelines for numerous initiatives per quarter, and continually surface campaign performance and opportunities for optimization.</p> </div> <h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Responsible for end-to-end campaign development and execution, including campaign and email builds, audience segmentation, testing and deployment, and continuous evaluation for process improvements.</li> <li>Administer the day-to-day needs of the marketing automation stack and assist with the integration of additional systems.</li> <li>Work with channel managers and marketing ops team to track and deliver campaign KPIs and create recommendations for ongoing optimization.</li> <li>Support essential marketing operations processes and initiatives around the lead lifecycle, lead nurturing, data cleansing, and workflow automation.</li> <li>Manage multiple campaigns and requests while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of deliverables.</li> <li>Contribute to process documentation, templates and enablement; share campaign best practices with teammates and stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience executing campaigns within a marketing operations function.</li> <li>Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, and marketing database management.</li> <li>Past experience with the following tools is a plus: Pendo, Zuddl, 6Sense, AI automation tools.</li> <li>Superior communication skills; highly organized and self-motivated.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Strong independent project and stakeholder management skills and demonstrated proficiency at handling multiple tasks and projects.</li> <li>This is a remote USA and individual contributor role </li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Pay Transparency</strong><br>Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
