Our all-in-one platform is serving an increasingly robust quantity of dealers through our direct partnerships with nearly every OEM brand.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The Implementation Specialist, OEM Compliance ensures that dealership websites and configurations meet the brand and compliance standards set by automotive OEMs (Lexus, Honda, BMW, and others). This role combines hands-on implementation work, configuring and updating dealer sites and tools, with ongoing audit and monitoring responsibilities. It's a detail-driven, process-oriented role for someone comfortable working independently across a high volume of accounts.</p><p><strong>In this job, you can expect to:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct recurring compliance audits of dealer websites against OEM-specific brand website standards</p></li><li><p>Provide quality assurance of dealer sites to ensure they meet OEM program requirements before launch</p></li><li><p>Proactively and regularly submit Motive’s live sites for OEM compliance checks</p></li><li><p>Identify, document, and remediate compliance violations, prioritizing issues that put dealer co-op funds or OEM certification at risk</p></li><li><p>Partner with Implementations, Customer Support and Customer Success teams to resolve flagged issues quickly and prevent recurrence</p></li><li><p>Track OEM policy and program updates, and translate them into internal checklists, playbooks, and configuration standards</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of audit findings, remediation status, and account-level compliance history</p></li><li><p>Serve as the internal point of contact for OEM compliance questions from Implementation, Customer Success, and dealer-facing teams</p></li></ul><p><strong>We are looking for someone who has/is:</strong></p><ul><li><p>1-3 years of experience in OEM co-op compliance, dealer website management, or a related quality assurance role</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and consistency when managing a high volume of recurring audits</p></li><li><p>Comfortability working within website CMS platforms</p></li><li><p>Excellent written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines across multiple accounts simultaneously</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive compensation aligned with experience and scope of the role.
