We thrive on tackling complex operational challenges partnering with GTM, Legal, Accounting, and Finance, delivering practical, high-leverage solutions that help Motive scale efficiently. We are a low-ego, highly motivated team dedicated to cross-functional collaboration and decisive execution.</p> <p><em>The ideal candidate will be located within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.</em></p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Manage a high-performing team of analysts and leads to support Enterprise and Strategic accounts across the QTC lifecycle, including quoting, contract generation, deal negotiations, and order processing.</li> <li><strong>Reporting, Analytics & Insights:</strong> Build and maintain actionable dashboards to track critical metrics, such as operational activity, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and SLA adherence.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Collaboration:</strong> Partner with cross-functional leadership to design, refine, and execute streamlined, scalable workflows.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations with at least 3 years specifically supporting Sales</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully managing projects and initiatives from conception to completion</li> <li>Prepared to incorporate AI in day to day activities to produce best in class deliverables and process changes</li> <li>Exceptional spreadsheet / data management skills, SQL proficiency preferred</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.</li> <li>Intellectual curiosity supported by exceptional analytical skill and work ethic</li> <li>Advanced communication, presentation, and organization skills</li> <li>Experience working on cross-functional projects with various stakeholders and a demonstrated expertise in managing such projects</li> <li>Comfortable with ambiguous environments under tight and unpredictable timelines</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Pay Transparency</strong><br>Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. Motive uses three geographic zones to determine pay range.
