This is a critical role that requires expertise in US, with a strong focus on delivering timely and accurate payroll services.</p><p dir="auto"></p><p dir="auto">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in remote environments, with exceptional communication skills and a self-starting attitude. Experience in Employee of Record (EOR) or in-house payroll environments is highly desirable. The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.</p><p dir="auto"></p><h3 dir="auto">Skills & Qualification</h3><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Expertise in US payroll, including knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Proficient in business-level English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Experience working in a remote environment, with strong self-starter skills and accountability.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Experience in Employee of Record (EOR) or in-house payroll environments, with a strong understanding of payroll processes.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Leadership skills, with the ability to manage payroll processing for multiple countries and ensure compliance with local regulations.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues.</p></li></ul><h3 dir="auto">Responsibilities</h3><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Payroll processing for Latin America region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll services.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Provide technical expertise and support to local teams, including payroll processing, compliance, and employee onboarding.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Manage payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and employees.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues, providing guidance and support to local teams as needed.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to local teams.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, highlighting payroll-related trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.</p></li></ul>
