That's where you come in!</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>Total experience: <strong>5.5 years</strong>.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Jira and Confluence Data Center and Cloud environments</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience in <strong>Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations</strong> using <strong>JCMA, CCMA, Atlassian Cloud Migration Assistant, and APIs</strong>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>user management, permissions, workflows, customizations, and project configurations</strong>.</li><li>Experience in <strong>migration planning, pre-migration assessments, data cleanup, validation, and post-migration support</strong>.</li><li>Good understanding of <strong>data integrity, migration performance optimization, and troubleshooting</strong>.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.</li><li>Experience working in <strong>Agile/Scrum</strong> environments is preferred.</li></ul><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Plan, execute, and support <strong>Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations</strong> for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.</li><li>Assess existing Atlassian environments, identify migration risks, and develop migration strategies.</li><li>Perform <strong>pre-migration cleanup, configuration review, data validation, and post-migration verification</strong>.</li><li>Utilize <strong>Atlassian migration tools (JCMA, CCMA, Cloud Migration Assistant, and APIs)</strong> to execute successful migrations.</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth cutover.</li><li>Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.</li><li>Document migration plans, best practices, technical procedures, and lessons learned.</li><li>Provide post-migration support and optimize Cloud environments to ensure successful adoption.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p></div></section><li class="job-detail">Service Region: South Asia</li>
